However, in an auto show in Shanghai in April, Geely declared the company planned to attend the Frankfurt auto show this September and that the company would put on all car models in the show as it prepared to invade European market.
Geely decided to quit the Frankfurt Auto Show on the grounds that the company was disappointed at the exhibition site that the organizers arranged for Geely.
The fact that Geely quits Frankfurt auto show indicates that there will be some changes in Geely's plan to invade European market, Chinese media said.

Mercedes-Benz ranks highest in customer satisfaction, according to the J.D. Power Asia Pacific 2007 China Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study SM released today.
The SSI Study measures customer satisfaction with the new-vehicle purchase experience in the Chinese market. Index scores are based on customer experiences in six areas: delivery process; services provided by salesperson; dealer facility; deal; delivery timing; and paperwork (in order of importance). SSI performance is reported as an index based on a 1,000-point scale. A higher SSI score indicates more satisfying buying experience.
China, the worlds second-largest vehicle market, started implementing vehicle-recall rules in October, 2004. Vehicle defects cause about a fifth of all road accidents in China, government agencies said last year. Brussels-based Westinghouse Air Brake Co (WABCO) has more than doubled its investment in its Qingdao factory to meet projected demand for automotive parts, mainly for heavy-duty vehicles.
WABCO has invested US$19 million to expand its manufacturing facilities in Shandong Provinces Qingdao, said Liu Liang, its Asia-Pacific president. The Qingdao factory was established in 2004 with an initial investment of $16 million. The company entered the China market in 1996 with a joint venture in Jinan, also in Shandong.
